Madilynn Penney Black Belt Madilynn Penney started her journey with Team AMAS back in 2012, she was only 4years old when she started in the Lil Dragon Program, moved on to Ninja, Basic, then Int. Master’s Club and currently Black Belt. She had many interests as an only child, like soccer but as parents we wanted her to have a community within to grow. Many children lose focus, respect and discipline. These are qualities that are guaranteed to never wavier in karate. Therefore, over the years we have always pushed and supported to help her reach her goal of becoming a Black Belt. Madilynn’s 2nd year on the Competition Team, currently Regional Champion for USA SPORT KARATE! Her journey is only just beginning as she is actively training and joined the Leadership Program. Madilynn’s goals are to continue to help support her community by “Leading by Example” and train towards her 1st degree. She wants to become an instructor so that she may continue to teach, all she has learned from Master Alicea and Team! “Thank You” Goo... Team AMAS!
